(Not A) Wordless Wednesday: Coyote Ally

Meet Travis Dermott. He once played defense for the Toronto Maple Leafs and currently toils for the Arizona Coyotes. 

Oh, the 'Yotes still exist? Barely. They're playing in a 5,000 seat college arena, but who knows what will happen to the franchise once summer rolls around. Anyway...

Travis got into what people would call "good trouble" the other night. In defiance of the National Hockey League's recent Pride Tape ban, Travis wrapped the shaft of his hockey stick in support of the LGBTQ+ community. 

What did the NHL do about Travis's act of defiance? They "unbanned" Pride Tape, and Travis went unpunished.

Way to go, Travis!
