Hey everyone,

I just wanted to give you a heads up that I'm going to post my usual weekly update sometime Saturday evening. I visited Bert's place yesterday to give out candy and I had way too much fun. There was lots of wine and chocolate involved.

I will also return to the scene of the crime in a few hours. Not only will I be decently fed and dressed, but I will reacquaint myself with a number of lovely neighbors I met last night. I'm hoping I'll run into one in particular. 

We only met in passing but she made quite the impression on me. She's probably a decade younger, maybe a few inches shorter and cuddly. But none of that really matters and I'll tell y'all why. She accompanied her daughter for trick or treating, and I could tell she really put a lot of thought and effort into her own outfit. I won't say what she dressed up as, but I absolutely loved how she carried herself as if she was telling the whole world, "I'm just as good looking if not better than a supermodel, and I don't give a fuck whether or not you agree with me."

I'm telling y'all in case you already didn't know it, but confidence is super sexy.
