Today's My Special Day

 

No, it's not my birthday. It's Friday the 13th!

Two decades ago, I signed up late for an online racing league that was intended to only have twelve competitors. As "punishment", I was assigned a pink colored car with a 13 on its doors. Little did they know they gave me an identity, not punishment. I won a championship with that pink race car, and I've raced with the "lucky for me" number ever since.

To Wilt Chamberlain, Dan Marino, Alex Morgan, Hunter Renfrow, Don Maynard and others that are a "13" like me, this is our day!

      Maybe. I hinted I shopped at a TJ Maxx/Home Goods store today and I may never do that again. What a nightmare!
