Delayed Gratification

I absolutely, positively can't wait to hit the road later today. I'm taking a break from family members that drive me nuts. I'm taking a break from a construction crew building new speed bumps on my street. Strangely, the latter is not the most annoying thing in my life right now.

I'm taking a break from GTA Online, which has become tons of fun once again with the introduction of the Money Fronts DLC. My character now has $52 million in the bank. I hope she doesn't spend it all in one place during my absence. We need to buy a mansion later in the year.

Apparently, I'm also taking a break from cooler weather. The forecast at Le Crash Pad calls for temperatures to be in the low 80s, while Temecula Valley will be in the mid to high 90s. That alone tells me this is not the trip to bring a "library" wine home with my regular wine club batch.

Like I did last month, I'll delay publishing my weekly update post until Thursday night. There's food to eat, things to buy, and I need to take pictures of it all. I'm also visiting the comics shop upon my return for a special purchase. Let's just say it has something to do with Artoria.
